Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our gift cards and the immediate processing of AI-generated designs:

• Gift payments are final once the gift is sent to the recipient

• Refunds are available within 24 hours if the gift card has not been claimed

• Technical issues or service failures will be fully refunded

• Disputed charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Delivery Policy

All Gifty products are delivered digitally:

• Gift cards are delivered instantly via SMS/email to recipients

• AI-generated designs are created within 2-5 minutes

• Digital delivery confirmation is sent to the sender

• No physical products are shipped

• Recipients can access their gift cards immediately upon delivery

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before the gift card is sent

• Once sent, cancellation depends on redemption status

• Unclaimed gift cards can be cancelled within 30 days

• Subscription services can be cancelled anytime

• No cancellation fees apply
