5. Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us license to use uploaded content for generating gift cards
• AI-generated images are provided for personal use
• The Gifty name, logo, and service are our property

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gifty AI, LLC and Gifty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
